This weekend started my pumpkin adventure with Pumpkin flavored pancakes!
I used a recipe using pancake mix from a box that I found here, but I also found one you could make from scratch but I didn't bother with that. (realistically, my dad was the one making them and said this is the way it would be...)
Not that I was expecting anything less, they were really good! I read that it was a good idea to make extras and eat them as cakes but we didn't have any extras!
I wanted to make cookies the day after the pancakes, but my mama left the pumpkin puree out all night and it didn't look very edible the next morning...
I recommend that you make these pancakes too! They're just as simple as normal pancakes but way more rewarding.
